TICKETS | BOLTON WANDERERS (A)

30 April 2024

Tickets for our Sky Bet League One play-off semi-final second leg against Bolton Wanderers are on sale from Wednesday 1st May.

The match at the Toughsheet Community Stadium on Tuesday 7th May is an 8pm kick-off and the Reds have been issued a TOTAL allocation of 2,163 tickets. This is an ALL-TICKET fixture which means there will be no sales on the day to our supporters.

The Toughsheet Community Stadium is a cashless stadium which includes any car parks.

Supporters will be allocated 1 loyalty point for purchasing their tickets in advance. If you are purchasing away game and cup tickets for other people, you must correctly assign the ticket to each individual for every game, even when tickets are on general sale. This will enable us to offer the correct privileges to supporters on occasions when tickets are on restricted sales in the category system.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT TICKET STUBS WHEN TICKETS ARE ON RESTRICTED SALE. ONLY TICKETS PURCHASED IN ADVANCE AND CORRECTLY ASSIGNED WILL COUNT TOWARDS ANY REQUESTED QUALIFYING CRITERIA.

Tickets will be sold in the following order. Due to the short sales period before the match, we will have two points levels each day:

9am Wednesday 1st May

Tickets are on sale to 2023/24 season ticket holders with 200+ loyalty points, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

2pm Wednesday 1st May

Tickets are on sale to 2023/24 season ticket holders with 150+ loyalty points, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

9am Thursday 2nd May

Tickets are on sale to 2023/24 season ticket holders with 100+ loyalty points, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

2pm Thursday 2nd May

Tickets are on sale to 2023/24 season ticket holders and Centenary Members, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

9am Friday 3rd May

Tickets go on sale to supporters with a previous purchase history with us. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters, then we will need their details so that loyalty points can be added to the correct accounts. Tickets will need to be allocated to the individual supporters when purchasing online.

Tickets go OFF sale at the Oakwell Box Office at 12pm on Tuesday 7th May. All ticket sales and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds past this date. Any tickets which remain at the Oakwell Box Office up until 4pm on Tuesday 7th May will be sent to Bolton Wanderers for collection on the night.

ANPR cameras have now been installed across all Stadium car parks which work in tandem with Parking Eye’s secure portal www.parkgood2go.com

The club primarily encourages supporters and other visitors to utilise www.parkgood2go.com for match day payments. The portal allows users to register their number plate and payment details and once registered, the ANPR cameras will recognise the number plate as the vehicle enters into the stadium car park and payment will automatically be taken.

The vehicle will then be recognised every time it enters the car parks – so there’s no need to register and pay every time or to visit a kiosk to make payment.

Payment can also be made via the PayByPhone app, which is available to download for free on mobile phones. The app is easy to use and payment can be made at any time up until midnight on the day of parking. Supporters and other visitors can also pay via the PayByPhone website or by calling 0330 400 7275.

Please note that unlike the www.parkgood2go.com online portal, supporters will need to make payment via PayByPhone every time they enter the car parks.

In addition to the above options, supporters can also simply make a contactless card payment via one of the payment kiosks that will be in place in all car parks.

The easiest and most convenient way to purchase tickets is online at https://www.eticketing.co.uk/barnsleyfc.

Should anyone have any problems with purchasing online then they can contact us via email to boxoffice@barnsleyfc.co.uk

There will be a £1 per transaction booking fee for tickets for collection and there will be a £2 per transaction postage fee for tickets purchased to be posted.

The postage deadline for this game is 3pm Thursday 4th May.
