Barnsley FC Women knocked out Bradford City at Oakwell on Sunday afternoon.
A second half strike from Kirstie Nicholls saw the Reds battle through tough opposition and into the semi final of this season's League Cup.
The 1-0 win against the Bantams means Jess Horsley's side are still fighting on two fronts, with the league title still in their sights as well.
The head coach told us post-match: "The girls were outstanding today. They gave absolutely everything individually and as a team. As a manager I could not be prouder.
"The commitment and effort from the girls on and off the pitch is phenomenal and I could not ask for more from them. To get to the semi final of the league cup is exciting for us as a team and club.
"We had a game plan today and the girls stuck to that and we got the result I think we deserved. We knew it was going to be a close game and Bradford really tested us. We need to take the performance from today into next week's game against Sunderland and now focus our attention back on the league."
